Thank you for applying to be an exhibitor at the 2018 retreat. All applicants must have a ministry that sells goods and/or products that directly support adoption, empowering women or caring for orphaned/vulnerable children with their profits.
The Woven Marketplace will be set up in the Ministry Center at Gull Lake Ministries for you on Saturday, January 20, from 10am-6pm. All exhibitors will be responsible for setting up and taking down their own table displays, managing it during this timeframe, and handling all sales. You’re welcome to set up anytime between the hours of 8-10am. Cost is $50, which includes an 8ft table, white tablecloth, two chairs and one boxed lunch. Additional boxed lunches are available for $15 each.
Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a letter notifying you of the details and where to send registration payment. All applications are due by January 1, 2018.
